We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy! You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase free of charge. 

 

We are proud to provide the largest online selection of art designed to motivate and inspire you every day. 

 

Due to the diversity and size of our offering, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed on demand and made custom to order. 

 

Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving with our valued customer.

 

 In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit be sent to our Pacific Hale Co. Care Team, and we'll produce and send a replacement at no charge.

How do aluminum prints look?

Your art printed on aluminum dibond looks amazing and lasts a lifetime. As it is light it is well-suited also for large formats and art pieces. Colors are highly saturated, even in large monochrome areas. The print is matte and glare-free. The white and bright areas have a faint silky gloss.

Where do you ship from?

We have distribution partners in 15 countries: Canada, France, Germany, Italy, India, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Fulfillment country for each order is carefully selected by our advanced routing algorithm at the time of ordering.

In most cases, products are fulfilled at the closest production center. Sometimes due to reasons such as stock availability, orders may be shipped internationally even if a fulfillment center exists within the same country.

 

How is it packaged?

Aluminum prints are packaged with strong edges to protect the items. In addition, we wrap the item in bubble plastic/craft for additional protection.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

 

Yes. Partnering with 34 shipping companies world wide and with distribution partners in 15 different countries, we are able to deliver our product to 170 different countries around the world.

How long does shipping take?

 

On average, customers receive their products 72 hours after it has been shipped from our distribution center.

How do I track my order?

 

All orders can be tracked via the SHOP app. Available on all mobile devices.

Where’s my stuff?

 

If you haven't received your order, but tracking is showing it was delivered, we ask to please allow up to 36 hours for your delivery to show up before contacting the shipping carrier. We have experienced that shipping carriers occasionally mark deliveries complete before they are delivered, which unfortunately is beyond our control. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to get immediate assistance regarding the shipping status of your order. 

 

If your order is still not delivered to the address that was submitted with the order, and no additional information is provided by the shipping carrier, we ask that you file a "lost package' claim directly with the carrier as the recipient. Once you have filed a claim, please email us the claim number to support@Oinktuitive.com and we'll follow up with the shipping carrier to take care of the rest. 

 

Unfortunately we cannot file a claim on your behalf if tracking shows a successful delivery by the shipping carrier, but we'll do our best to make sure the experience is hassle-free.

 

If the issue cannot be resolved with the carrier, we will send you a replacement piece free of charge.



Is mounting hardware provided?

 

All orders include a hanging kit. The kit style depends on the country of distribution though.
